We advise you to try our service first before making any payments. We intend to have better refund policies in the future.

Repeated account creation

Our service may offer free trial or limited free benefits to new accounts.Deleting the current account and creating a new account (more than 2 times) to get the free benefits again is not allowed and if found the user can be banned from the service

Inactive accounts

We encourage people to actively log in and use our service when they register an account.To keep your account active, be sure to log in at least every 6 months. Accounts may be permanently deleted due to prolonged inactivity. (if you have an ongoing paid plan with the service then your account will not be removed even after prolonged inactivity)
